smoothies

We've been on a smoothie kick. In today's blend:

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk
5 ice cubes
frozen blackberries
banana
enough honey so that it tastes good

Enjoy!

*I also like to put large handfuls of spinach into the mix. It's a pretty benign way to get a bit of green into the day.

amen on the spinach! it's a stealth weapon and you can't taste it when it's raw and cold. YAY SUPERFOODS! Bring those little ladies up here and we will smoothie it up!

We've been having those everyday around here too.
The Jan issue of Real Simple had a two page spread filled with delicious smoothies. I've been trying a couple a week for the past month.
