My absolute favorite part of the trip was the visit to Concord. On our way to Walden Pond, we saw the most quaint pumpkin patch, a Waldorf school, and five nineteenth century authors' houses/grave sites. This is when I realized I needed to live here. The date on that move is TBD, obviously.
(embarrassing confession: I've never actually read Little Women. For shame, I know)
(totally cool random fact: in church on Sunday, they announced that they were holding stake conference at Trinity Church. Who doesn't love that?)
Here she is pinching me so I'd laugh in this picture.
Some things never change.
Penelope likely does also, except that she didn't get to go.
She had a fun vacation with Grandma Penee instead.

Looks like you had a fun trip! Pretty pictures! Boston appears to be beautiful. -and warmer at this time of year. I have a good friend that lived there for 4 years and loved it. (except for the cold winters when they were stuck inside) :) If you move there we will come and visit!
SO JEALOUS! Boston is the one place I really want to go, and have never been. And in the Fall...ahhhhh! Looks like it was a blast. Can we move there together?
Boston at this time of year = perfect. Boston with the humid summers and the frigid cold--not so perfect. It is a lovely place with so much history. I'm glad you guys got to go!
I am so jealous. So happy for you, though. I can totally see you living there.
but boston is so far away...we'd have to skype our bookclubs or something...i'm not fully prepared for any type of move that takes you any farther than you are now, so...take your time...no need to rush off any where...speaking of which, you should come up for a "pump it up" day! I want to hear about your trips!
BTW: Lucy's smile..... love it!
No. 1 I love Suzy's purse and no. 2, maybe you and Danny can be neighbors as he too is in love with Boston, having gone there on his mission.
