This was actually taken day 2.Lucy is eating a lot more and sleeping a lot less...makes for round the clock good times!
Peeps has definitely warmed up to being a big sister
Steph came over for a checkup.This morning in the shower (yes, I finally showered and can therefore venture some pics w/ me and the babe), I was thinking of how blessed I am to have Stephanie attend my births. Mainly because I literally feel she is attended by angels--a great backup when the assisting midwives can't make it!

Lacy, You are amazing. I love your birth story and how simple, natural and beautiful it is. I wish I wasn't such a chicken and didn't rely so much on medicine/doctors etc. Maybe someday I can muster up the courage to do it. any advice?

What a beautiful birth story! Watching Penelape see her sister for the first time made me feel very nostalgic..what a magical moment in your lives!
